Rollover Waivers
Rollover Waivers are just that - waivers that you don't use each month (or each year in an annual plan) from your allowance are rolled-over and banked for use in future months and years!

Every account automatically comes with Rollover Waivers that do not expire and accrue forever. There is nothing extra required and nothing needs to be activated. This is a perfect solution for companies with seasonal businesses or who have busy / slow times throughout the year.

• Rollover waiver do not expire.
• Rollover waivers can be accrued forever.

Accrued rollover waivers will be lost / forfeited if an account is downgraded, paused, canceled or has an unpaid balance due.
Changes To Your Subscription
eWaiverPro is flexible and offers various levels of service and monthly waiver allowances. You can upgrade or downgrade your level of service or increase or decrease your monthly waiver allowance at any time.

Upgrades to monthly plans will take place immediately. You will be charged the difference of the current plan and the new plan at the time you upgrade. The new plan will be billed in full on the 1st of the following month.

Downgrades to monthly plans are not prorated, and the new plan will take effect on the following month.

Changes to annual plans will happen immediately and you will begin a new annual plan with a new anniversary date based on when the request is made. A prorated balance for the existing annual plan will be subtracted from the new annual plan, and you will pay the difference.

Accrued rollover waivers will be lost / forfeited if an account is downgraded, paused, canceled or has an unpaid balance due.
Exceeding Your Monthly Allowance
In the event you exceed your monthly limit of waivers, and you have no Rollover Waivers accrued, there will be a $.10 (ten cents) per waiver fee for any waivers that exceed your monthly allowance. These are billed at the beginning of the following month.
Cancelling Your Account
You can cancel your account at anytime. There are no refunds, or partial refunds, for any cancellations. In the event you cancel your account, you will still have access to completed waivers and customer data for a period of at least 12 months.

All accrued rollover waivers will be lost / forfeited if an account is canceled.
