eWaiverPro takes you and your client's data extremely seriously. 

The data you collect is your responsibility to control, and we do not have access or use your clients data unless you request support and we access your account. 

When setting up your eWaivers, you have the option to ask your clients to opt-into any marketing. When enabled, your clients a data field will be added for "Opt-in Status" with either True or False, depending on their response. When imported into your marketing software, this will upload your clients as either opt-in or opt-out.

GDPR is the EU’s data protection law, and although we are a USA company we are also a GDPR compliant company that values you and your client's personal data and privacy.
