Waiver Hub Guide

Waiver Hub is designed to function intuitively and simplify your waiver & participant management functions. As waivers are signed, they are added to Completed Waiver section.

SEARCH: Search for completed waivers by participant name, email or phone

DATE RANGE: View waivers in the date range that you prefer using presets or select a specific date or range of dates. The Presets will update at midnight each day, so leaving it at Today will always show you waivers signed on the day you are viewing. 

FILTERS: View or hide waivers based on template used, Kiosk Event or Check-in status. If you are a high-volume client, unchecking "checked-in" from the filter will hide the waivers as they are checked-in, keeping your display less cluttered. 

VIEW SETTINGS ••• : Customize your view and show or hide the Date Signed, Participant Ages, Rejected or Expired Waivers. 
If you use the Internal Appointment system, or sync with Bookeo or via Zapier, you have options to display 1 or 2 columns, how those columns are sorted (🔽 🔽 or ▶️ ▶️) or a new grid view. Note: the grid view is default on smaller tablets and phones.
