How do we prevent duplicates?

By default, our Duplicate Waiver Detection AI is enabled. 

This brings up a window if it sees a duplicate waiver for the same event, using the same email address. Duplicate Detection will function based on your waiver's lifespan, and provides participants the option to replace it, keep both or keep the original. 

NOTE: If using Simple Waiver, please do not leave the Waiver Name blank, and give it a name (most clients call it Waiver & Release). If this field is blank, the Duplicate Detection will be bypassed.
