Plan and Billing Updates

Need to update your payment method or change your service level? 

  • The account owner would access the Account Management page
  • From here the account owner can select a different monthly allowance or level of service or update your payment method.

If you have a seasonal business and want to put your account on hold, initiate the cancellation process down at the bottom of the page. You'll see a $5 per month "Pay as You Go" option, which you can select to keep your account active, all your data secure, and you can even process waivers at 25¢ each if needed. 

If you signed-up for a monthly plan and want an annual plan, or an annual plan and want to switch to monthly when your plan renews, please email accounts@ewaiverpro.com and we can manually make that change for you.
