How can I change my service level or allowance?
You can easily change your service level or monthly waiver allowance.
- The account owner would log into https://ewaiverpro.app
- From the home screen, click the Account icon.
- You'll be brought to your Account Management page
- From here the account owner can select a different monthly allowance or level of service.
If you have a seasonal business and want to put your account on hold, initiate the cancellation process down at the bottom of the page. You'll see a $5 per month "Pay as You Go" option, which you can select to keep your account active, all your data secure, and you can even process waivers at 24¢ each if needed.
If you signed-up for a monthly plan and want an annual plan, or an annual plan and want to switch to monthly when your plan renews, please email accounts@ewaiverpro.com and we can manually make that change for you.
