How do I cancel my account?
We hate to see our clients leave, but if you must cancel your account we have made it very simple:
- In accordance with our security, privacy, and data retention policies; only the account owner can cancel an account.
- The account owner should login at https://ewaiverpro.app
- From the Welcome page, click the Account icon
- From there, scroll down to the bottom until you see the Cancel Account button
- Click that and you will be presented with options to pause or cancel your account:
- Pausing will do just that, and temporarily pause the collection of waivers. This is ideal for a seasonal businesses, and will keep your account active and all your waivers, settings and data storage for a very small monthly fee.
- Cancelling will permanently close your account
- If you would still like to cancel your account, click the Cancel Account button
- Complete the short form and let us know why and if there is anything we could have done better.
- Confirm to complete your cancellation.
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will have full access to the system for the remainder of the month after you cancel in order to backup and export your data and PDF's.
If you cancel during the initial 14 day free trial period, your account will be closed immediately.
