How do I cancel my account?

We hate to see our clients leave, but if you must cancel your account we have made it very simple: 

• In accordance with our security, privacy, and data retention policies; the account owner must initiate the cancellation from within their account. 
• The account owner should login at https://ewaiverpro.app
• From the Welcome page, click the Account icon
• From there, scroll down until you see the Cancel Account button
• Click that and you will be presented with an option to pause your account if you are a seasonal business or temporarily pausing collecting waivers. This will keep all your settings and data storage for a very small fee. 
• If you would still like to cancel, click the Cancel Account button
• Complete the short form and let us know why and if there is anything we could have done better. 
• Confirm and complete your cancellation.

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle that you are in, and you will have full access to the system for the remainder of the month after you cancel in order to backup your data and PDF's.
