How do I cancel my account?

We hate to see our clients leave, but if you must cancel your account: 

  • The account owner needs to login to and click on Account Admin
  • From there they would click Cancel Subscription

Cancellations are effective on each billing cycle which is the 1st of every month, so you'll have full access to the system for the remainder of the month you have paid for.
