How do I cancel my account?

We hate to see our clients leave, but if you must cancel your account we have made it very simple: 

  • In accordance with our security, privacy, and data retention policies; the account owner must initiate the cancellation from within their account. 
  • The account owner should login at
  • From the dashboard, click the My Account icon
  • From there, click Cancel Account button
  • Read the disclaimers, acknowledge, and press the red Cancel Plan button. 

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle that you are in, and you will have full access to the system for the remainder of the month after you cancel in order to backup your data and PDF's.
