How to Update Your Payment Method

It's simple for the Account Owner to update your payment method or change your service plan.

  • From the welcome screen, click the Account icon, this will open the account page.
  • You will see the plan that you're on, your current usage, and your upcoming payment amount.
  • To change your plan, simply select the new plan you would like to be on. 
    • If you would like to change from a monthly plan > annual plan, or vice-versa, please email support@ewaiverpro.com and we can make that update for you. 
  • To change your payment method, scroll until you see Credit Card Management, from there you can update your payment method directly with Stripe, our payment processor (we do not have access to your credit card number)
