How to Connect Shopify with eWaiverPro

Connecting your Shopify account with eWaiverPro to automate waivers is quick and simple using Zapier ⚡️

  • Add a new waiver or edit an existing waiver.
  • In your waiver's settings, enable "Sync with Zapier" and save your waiver.
  • From the Integrations page (https://ewaiverpro.app/integrations) click Connect up near the Zapier logo.
  • If you have a Zapier account already, login.
  • If you don't have a Zapier account, setup a free account.
  • Inside of Zapier, create a new ZAP where you will be using Shopify as the Trigger, and eWaiverPro as the Action, where you will be creating a new booking in eWaiverPro.
  • There are nearly 200 different Shopify Booking apps, so the exact labels will be different based on the one you are using, but you'll want to select the option under EVENT for when a new booking or new reservation is made (it should be worded similar to that).
  • Finish going through the wizard in Zapier and select the required fields (there are not many)
    • The required fields in eWaiverPro for each reservation are:
      • Name
      • Email
      • Event Name
      • Event Start Time
      • Event ID
  • Once you've tested that connection inside of Zapier you can head back over to your account with eWaiverPro and finish setting up your waiver, and then enable email and / or SMS notifications.
  • Once you're done all this, it's very important to make a test booking in Shopify for each of your events so they are populated in your eWaiverPro account, and to verify that the sync works as expected and make any adjustments before using it in a production environment.

At the time of posting this (July 2023) there are 194 different Booking & Scheduling apps in the Shopify app store, with new ones being added regularly: https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=booking
