Shortcodes

Shortcodes automatically populate the email or optional SMS with event details when syncing with Bookeo, a reservation system via Zapier, or using the integrated Appointment module. You can customize these and place where you would like in the body of the email or optional SMS. 

• Participant first name: {guest_name} 
• The event or tour name or title of appointment: {booking_name}
• The date and time of reservation or appointment: {booking_time}
• Group size or number of participants in reservation: {group_size}

Email, SMS & Thank You Notifications are accessible when using Bookeo, other booking systems via Zapier, or via the integrated Appointments module, and automate the process by having links sent to your guests, clients or patients so they can sign their waivers prior to arrival. 

NOTE: Emails and SMS notifications are typically sent within 3 minutes of a reservation being made in Bookeo or other reservation apps linked with eWaiverPro.
